Amicable and helpful staff, and the best owner ever. New-fashioned and generous-sized rooms, with comfy beds. Got a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes, available in the bathroom. Amazing, favourable location in the heart of the old town. Set short walk to sightseeing and sea front.

The place is close to all attractions, restaurants and supermarkets and a quiet area of the Old Town of Zadar...

The location is great, being close to the airport, and the hosts were friendly, providing us with a comfortable room, making us want to return.

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions and amenities. the apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. the self check-in process was convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to easily access our accommodation at any time.

Parking was a major issue, with limited options and high costs nearby. It would have been better if the hotel provided free or discounted parking for guests.

The value for money at Exclusive Center Apartments was excellent. The room was beautifully furnished and spacious with two large bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff treated us with professionalism and the personalized map was a nice touch.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is to have a wider variety of options.

Stayed at Exclusive Center Apartments in Zadar for 2 nights and it was a steal. The apartment was clean, tastefully done, and had lots of light. Amenities were top-notch, including tea and cookies. Fantastic location in the old town, close to everything and the airport bus stop. Easy access with codes instead of keys. Good air-conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. Helpful owner and meet & greeter.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartments is fantastic, right in the centre of the town. It is close to the bars and restaurants, making it convenient for those who want to explore and enjoy the local nightlife. there is a supermarket just a minute away, which is great for picking up any necessities during the stay.

One downside is that the building exterior may appear a little rundown, which may initially give a negative impression.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war fantastisch. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, da es sich ganz in der Nähe des Strandes befindet und in einem ruhigen und sicheren Gebiet liegt. Außerdem waren wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Bades. Das Frühstück war super, mit frischen Früchten, Säften und landestypischen Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war dies ein perfekter Ort für uns, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Unglücklicherweise konnte ich nicht länger bleiben.
